There are approximately 300 million U.S. citizens. An immediate economic fix would be to give each citizen 1 million dollars. Billions of dollars would still be left to bolster our financial institutions. Why wait months/years for a small amount of help to trickle down to struggling U.S. citizens?

And still, nobody gets it! ALL of the economic problems can be traced back to the high cost of OIL! Control the oil, and you control the worlds economy, at least for the forseeable future. Obama's energy plans are non-existant or will place such a heavy burden on the economy that we will look back on the summer/fall of 2008 as paradise. Keep oil in the $60-70 a barrel range, with gas prices steady at @$2.00/gal and the economy will stagger back to normal, slowly. If oil goes higher, all bets are off, no matter who's in the White House. Drill here, drill now, pay less later. Work on alternatives for the future, and for goodness sake start building nuclear reactors to generate power. When will we ever learn?

What I don't get is Wall Street. Wall Street gave Obama more financial support than McCain. The alleged supporters of a free market economy and laissez-faire capitalism come begging for a government bailout, basically socialism for corporate America. Now they rally on an Obama victory.

What's a little guy with just a few investments in mutual funds (like me) going to think. Who are these people? Don't they know what they are doing? Don't high taxes, more government regulation, more expansive social programs, more unionism bother them?

Maybe I'm crazy but perhaps I have been supporting the wrong horse in this race?

The stock market go up - In your dreams... How can it when all the major parts of it are going down. Face it, the boys across the river are cooking the books once again!

NObama is a hard core marxist. If marx-acrats get control of house and senate, one has to wonder if there will be a stock market. Think I'm kidding? Think it "can't happen to America"? Think again, because you don't know history. History repeats its self because people cannot learn from it, every society thought they were smart and more secure then the last. In their demise they discovered they were no different.

If NObama is elected and gets his majority, we will see our freedoms sliding into the abyss of history and a new form of government emerge that is as tyranntical as anything in the old USSR.

Marx-acrats have made no bones about it, they want the "Fairness Doctrine" put back in play only this time they want to add severe penalties for non-compliance, yes jail time. They have not hidden the fact they want to spread the wealth, our government is already taking over businesses by force (Paulson and the wrecking crew). The sexual orientation rule will be added to the hate crimes bill, pretty much out lawing Christianity and Judeaism. They want to limit the 2nd Amendment to apply to the government only, 70 million gun owners will be striped of their guns or they can die fighting the new regime or go to jail. No guns leads to no resistance, no man will be able to fight against the government.

If NObama is elected history will mourne the final blow to the American experiment because November 4th, 2008 will be recorded as the day that freedom died.

I hope I am dead wrong, but history is telling me that this is what will happen.
