Bank of America Not Backing Out of Countrywide

Meredith Whitney, top analyst at Oppenheimer, said she and her squad met with Ken Lewis, chief executive of Bank of America (BAC). Whitney says Lewis "reiterated his belief" in the "economics of the Countrywide acquisition."
