There are a bunch of yahoos and Yahoo, from Jerry Yang on down. They don't know how to run a company, which is why they are in trouble. They can't even control spam into my Yahoo Mail accounts, where Hotmail does a much better job. Even my "junk" Hotmail account only get 1 or 2 spams every few days, whereas my main Yahoo account gets about 30-50 a day. Further, abuse reports to Yahoo Domains are rejected concerning their hosted customers, since the spam didn't come from @yahoo.com. What idiots (or yahoos)! They can't even tell that the spam came from a Yahoo IP address even when I give them ARIN information. Yahoo users and customers would be better served by Microsoft, even with their shortcomings.

From this article I understand that Yahoo is defending the company and its employees from a takeover that could end with the liquidation of some yahoo companies and hundreds of redundancies. Don't see how that is negative for Yahoo, its employees and shareholders.
