I have heard that in an Ohio court there are cases where holders of CDO&#039;s are trying to foreclose properties securing loans which are in default but that the foreclosers find that their debt instruments have not carried forward the information necessary for foreclosure.  In other words, the derivative instruments actually have no identifiable mortgaged property.  Anything to this?
